Born in England in 1980, Jozef Ercevik Amado lived in Adana until 1995. After graduating from the Theater Department at Bates University, he completed his master's degree in Performance Art and Video at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago's School of Fine Arts.
His work has been exhibited at the 9th Istanbul Biennial, London Royal Academy, Zagreb 15th International Performance Conference and SALT.
In 2007, he founded Fluga Films in England with Michael Önder, producing music videos and film. His short film, Dormant, took part in the competition section of the 22nd Foyle Film Festival after finishing in the 3rd Wild Sound Screenplay competition.
He has been a producer in Istanbul since 2012. In 2015 he founded Bluff Film. In 2017 he produced "Taksim Hold'em" and "Adana'da Son Yahudiler". Aside from producing films, he works as a part time instructor at Yeditepe University.
