Furkan Korkmaz (born July 24, 1997) is a Turkish professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). At a height of 2.02 m (6 ft 7.5 in), he mainly plays the shooting guard position.
After playing with the junior national teams of Turkey, Korkmaz played with the senior men's Turkish national basketball team at the EuroBasket 2015, and at the 2016 Manila FIBA World Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
In December 2016, Korkmaz was loaned by Efes to Banvit. In February 2017, Korkmaz won the Turkish Cup with Banvit, which was the first trophy in the club's history.[7] He was named the European-wide 3rd-tier level Basketball Champions League's Best Young Player of the 2016–17 season.
On July 4, 2017, Korkmaz signed with the Philadelphia 76ers.
